Arrival (Check-in)

• Please kindly schedule your arrival between 2 pm and 7 pm.

• Upon arrival you will receive a key from our reception. This key opens the doors to your room, the main entry door and the connecting door at reception allowing you easy access to the house at all times.

Payment

• Kindly transfer 50 % of the total sum of your booking as a downpayment at least 5 days prior to your arrival. Account details will be shown at booking.

• Please clear the balance of your invoice on the day of arrival upon check-in.

• We do accept payment by cash only. Payment by card is unfortunately not possible...

• Breakfast is not included in our room rates.  

• Penzión SLALOM reserves the right that prices are subject to change. . 

• Bitte beachten Sie, dass die angezeigte Endsumme für Ihre Buchung auf den Internetseiten der Pension SLALOM nicht endgültig sein muss. Die elektronischen Reservierungssysteme bieten leider nicht ausreichend Flexibilität bei der Preisgestaltung wie z.B. Ermäßigungen für Kinder oder für mehrere Nächte. Die Endsumme werden wir Ihnen gern bei der Bestätigung Ihrer Buchung oder bei Ihrer Anreise mitteilen.

Booking cancellation

• Cancellations and changes to your booking received up to 14 days prior to arrival date are free of charge.

• Cancellations and changes to your booking received up to 7 days prior to arrival date will be charged with 50 % of the invoice value of the booking.

• Cancellations and changes received less than 7 days prior to arrival date and no-shows will be charged with 100 % of the total  invoice value of the booking. 

Apartments

• Our apartments are perfectly suited for families up to 2 adults and 2 children up to 14 years of age.

• The apartments are not suited for 4 adults due to the low load capacity of the sofa beds.

• Shown rates of the apartments are calculated for 2 adults. The rates for children are being calculated separately based on the valid tariff.  

 

Parking

• We offer you free parking spots located along the driveway to our building and behind the building in front of the sports store. 

• IMPORTANT: The public parking space located  in front of our building is chargeable!

Check-out

• We ask you to please check out from your room by 10:00 am on your day of departure.

Breakfast & food plans

• Between 8:00 and 9:30 am we offer you breakfast in our breakfast room located next to the reception. If needed you may also ask the reception for a different time for your breakfast.

• Breakfast is not included in our room rates and can be added to your booking at our reception.

• We do not offer half or full board plans. Please visit restaurant "Pizzeria Marcello" located in our building for lunch and dinner.

Additional remarks & information

• Please note that all our rooms are non smoking rooms and smoking is not permitted inside. Smoking is permitted on the balconies.

• Cooking is not allowed in the rooms. 

• Please reserve massages and wellness programs at least one day prior to your desired date at our reception.

• Our prices and rates are subject to change and we reserve the right to deny a booking due to exhausted capacity.
